Booking Conditions

General

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking.

There is a 5 mph speed limit which must be observed on the park.

Driving is not permitted on the park between midnight and 7am when our access gates are locked.

All visitors are requested to be thoughtful and considerate to other holidaymakers.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the park if they are involved in unacceptable behaviour.

Visitors will be liable for any damage they cause to park property.

Trethiggey accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to property and persons using the park facilities do so at their own risk.

Deposits are not refundable after 7 days,but are deducted from the balance of holiday bookings.We do allow a seven working day "cooling off" period after you book, in which you can cancel and claim a refund.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT

We do not give refunds if you decide to cut short your holiday after you have arrived.

We do not give late cancellation refunds unless provided with written proof of a beravement, injury or redundancey involving a member of a booked party. A letter from a GP or consultant is required in cases of illness or injury.

A holiday cancellation insurance policy plan can be offered on request.

Pets are not permitted unless they are included at the time of booking.

Dogs must be kept on a lead on the park. They must not be left unattended at any time on park property. They are not allowed in the childrens play area.

In peak season all vehicles must display a "Trethiggey" window sticker, availabe from reception.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse bookings.

Touring and camping

A £15.00 deposit per week is required to confirm a booking.

In peak season, (July and August) pitches are not available until 10.30am and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Latest arrival time10pm.

All tents, motor homes or caravans must be sited 6 metres apart to comply with fire regulations. A distance of 2 metres is acceptable for small tents when visitors are all members of the same party.

Pitches are large enought for an awning or gazebo - not both.

A minimum pitch fee of 10 per night applies between mid July and August 31st.

Holiday Homes

Our holiday homes are for families and couples only - not groups.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 50 per week deposit.

A £30 key deposit is payable with the final balance of the holiday, 21 days prior to arrival. The key deposit is refunded in full within 5 days of departure if the holiday home is vacated in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages. The refund is paid directly into your bank account or by posted cheque. Liability for damage in not limited to 30.

Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival Check out time is 10.30am.

We regret that we do not permit smoking in any of our holiday homes.

The number of people occupying a holiday home must not exceed the number booked.

Pets are not allowed in the majority of the holiday homes but we do have two vans where they are acceptable.

Gazebos are not permitted between holiday homes.

The proprietors reserve the right to enter holiday homes at any time for reasons of maintenance or security.
